This cocoa cake is chocolaty and incredibly moist and also very easy to do. Give this creamy and moist cake recipe a try.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar,
- 1 teacup of milk (the teacup is: 110 ml.),
- 5 grams of vanilla (1 packet),
- 1 teacup of vegetable oil,
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 1,5 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is: 200 ml.).
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1 liter of milk,
- 3 tablespoons of starch (fully),
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour (fully),
- 1 cup of granulated sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 80 grams of chocolate,
- 1 coffee spoon of butter,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams).
- 1 packet of cocoa biscuit .
Instructions
- Firstly, to prepare the cake mixture, mix the eggs and the sugar until it gets white.
- Add the milk and the vegetable oil and mix well.
- Then add the flour, baking powder, vanilla and the cocoa powder and mix.
- Pour the mixture in to a greased with vegetable oil large square pyrex.
- it in the preheated oven at 180°C.
- After checking the cake by using a toothpick, take it out from the oven and leave the cake for 10 minutes.
- Pour the cup of milk on the cake and leave it to get warm.
- To prepare the cream, mix the milk, flour, starch, sugar and the cocoa powder in a pot.
- Then cook it by stirring constantly until it gets thick.
- Turn off the stove and add the vanilla,butter and the chocolate pieces.
- Mix them until the chocolate pieces get melted.
- Pour the hot cream on the warm cake and spread.
- Chop the biscuits by using a chopper and sprinkle them on the cream after the cream gets cool enough.
- Leave the creamy and moist cake in the refrigerator to cool for 4 or 5 hours (If possible, leave it in the refrigerator for one night).
- When it gets cool enough, slice and serve the cake.
