Fluffy Vanilla Raisin Muffins


Mini Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Muffins with Strawberries are perfect for popping into lunch boxes or as a snack. Easy to make, my kids love them!


  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 5.3 oz container Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried strawberries, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400° degrees. Place muffin liners into mini muffin pan.
  2. In mixing bowl combine: Greek yogurt, oil and egg, whisk to combine.
  3. Add to Greek yogurt mixture: flour, sugar, and salt. Stir to just combine.
  4. Add in mini chocolate chips and dried strawberries.
  5. Using mini scoop add batter to mini muffin pan.
  6. Bake approsimately 8 minutes until lightly browned on top.
