Easy berry smoothie

Start the day with a healthy smoothie filled with frozen berries, banana and a spoonful of almond butter.


  • 100g frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (95g) vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) skim milk
  • 2 tbsp raw muesli or rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Honey, to serve


  1. Place the berries, banana, yoghurt, milk, muesli or oats and almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and drizzle with honey.
