Start the day with a healthy smoothie filled with frozen berries, banana and a spoonful of almond butter.
- 100g frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup (95g) vanilla yoghurt
- 1/3 cup (80ml) skim milk
- 2 tbsp raw muesli or rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Honey, to serve
- Place the berries, banana, yoghurt, milk, muesli or oats and almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and drizzle with honey.
