  • 2 avocados (about 300 g);
  • several green onions;
  • several branches of cockerel;
  • 1\2 chili pepper;

  • 15 g extra virgin olive oil;
  • 15 g apple or white wine vinegar;
  • red and black pepper, spicy or sea salt;
  • lemon;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of capers.

How to make a salad with avocado, herbs and capers

Step 1:

Finely chop the green onion, parsley and garlic clove.

Step 2:

Mix chopped herbs. Add the chili pepper cut into rings and salt to taste. Pour olive oil, apple cider vinegar, add a pinch of red and black pepper, mix.

Step 3:

Peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
