Ingredients:
- 2 avocados (about 300 g);
- several green onions;
- several branches of cockerel;
- 1\2 chili pepper;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil;
- 15 g apple or white wine vinegar;
- red and black pepper, spicy or sea salt;
- lemon;
- 1-2 tablespoons of capers.
How to make a salad with avocado, herbs and capers
Step 1:
Finely chop the green onion, parsley and garlic clove.
Step 2:
Mix chopped herbs. Add the chili pepper cut into rings and salt to taste. Pour olive oil, apple cider vinegar, add a pinch of red and black pepper, mix.
Step 3:
Peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
Step 4:
Cut the avocado halves into thin slices and place on a plate.
Step 5:
Pour lemon juice over the avocado to prevent the slices from darkening (oxidizing).
Step 6:
