A beautiful dessert with a surprise – “Peaches” cookies.This recipe is filled with apricot jam. Let’s eat something sweet, it will be delicious! Save the homemade cookie recipe! For a children’s party, replace cognac with fruit syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour;
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 120 g butter;
  • 50 g powdered sugar;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (baking powder);
  • apricot, peach or apple jam;
  • cognac or liqueur;
  • fruit or berry syrup (red);
  • fine white sugar.

How to make Peaches cookies

Melt the butter until it becomes thick sour cream, add powdered sugar. Grind until smooth.

Break the chicken egg and mix.

Pour in flour mixed with baking powder (baking powder).

Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to allow the dough to rest.

Roll out dough balls weighing 15 g and place on a baking sheet. Press the balls to form hemispheres.

Baking temperature 200 degrees Celsius. Baking time 8 minutes.

Using a spoon, take out the center of the cookies and fill with jam. You can add a little cognac or peach liqueur to the jam.

Mix 3 tablespoons of red fruit syrup with a tablespoon of cognac. To brighten the color of the syrup, add a couple of drops of red or pink food coloring. Dip the cookie halves first into the syrup, then into the sugar.
