Ingredients
- 350 g Flour
- 250 g sugar semolina
- 3 egg
- 100 g oil of seeds
- 16 g yeast for desserts (1 sachet)
- 200 g apricots
- 200 g milk
- to taste aroma of vanilla
Instructions
- Wash the apricots and remove the stone.
- Break them up and grind them in the food processor together with the seed oil until you get a cream.
- Put the apricot cream and oil in a bowl. Add the milk and eggs and mix.
- Gradually add the sugar, flour, flavoring and baking powder, mixing.
- Grease and flour the mold and pour the dough into it.
- Place the mold on the small burner and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and continue cooking for about 35 minutes.
- Check the cooking with a toothpick. When the apricot donut is cooked, turn off the stove, let it cool and serve.
