Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice or the zest of oranges mixed with juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Grease a 9-inch cake pan with butter or oil and dust it with a little flour.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light in color and creamy in texture.
- Add the vegetable oil and orange juice, then mix well.
- In another bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.
