Brighten up your morning with a tropical smoothie, made using the season’s best mangoes, zingy lime and warming ginger.
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 lime, juiced, plus 2 lime slices to decorate (optional)
- 2cm piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 100g low-fat Greek-style yogurt
- 5 fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs to decorate (optional)
- Blitz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and decorate with a lime slice and the fresh mint sprigs, if using.
