Crispy jam cookies


Crispy jam cookies are super delicious cookies with jam. With our recipe you can easily make them yourself! Perfect cookies for valentines!


  • 240g Flour
  • 70g powdered sugar
  • 2 Tea spoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150g cold butter
  • 2 Egg yolks (size M)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 g Raspberry jam (or currant jelly)


  1. Sift the flour and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Add vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix with the ingredients. Knead the egg yolk into the dough last.
  2. Knead everything into a compact, smooth dough. Form the dough into a roll approx. 40 cm long. Divide the roll into 50 equal portions. Form each individual portion of dough into a small ball.
  3. Use a wooden spoon to make a hole in the middle of each ball. Cool the dough for another 20 minutes before baking . Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees) .
  4. Let the cookies bake for 12 minutes . After baking, let cool on a rack and dust with a little powdered sugar.
  5. Heat the jam or jelly in a small bowl for 60 seconds in the microwave or in a small pot on the stove. Using a teaspoon, pour a small amount of jam into the holes. Let the cookies cool for 2 hours . Enjoy your meal!
