Easy Banana Muffin


Bananas are a delicious, healthy fruit that can be eaten raw or cooked. This recipe is for banana muffins, which are easy to make and taste great! We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do.


  • 5 pcs of Ripe Banana
  • 300 g Water
  • 170 g Buttercream
  • 4 Whole Egg
  • 20 g Molasses
  • 10 g Chiffon Aide Cake Oil
  • 10 g Cinnamon Powder
  • 15 g Banana Emulco Flavor and Color
  • 1000 g Muffin Mix
  • 100 g Chocolate Chips
  • 100 g Sliced Almonds


  1. Mash bananas using fork or whisk. Add water and continue mashing. Set Aside.
  2. Cream Buttercream to smooth consistency for 5 mins. at medium speed.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. 4 Whole Egg
  5. Slowly fold in mashed bananas.
  6. Add molasses and then ChiffonAide, Cinnamon powder and banana emulco.
  7. Add slowly Muffin Mix.
  8. Continue mixing until well blended.
  9. Laslty, fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  10. Scrape sides and prepare muffin pan with liner.
  11. Scoop muffin batter about 3/4 of your molder.
  12. additional chocolate chips and nuts on top.
  13. Bake at preheated oven of 190 degrees C for 25 mins.
  14. Remove from pan and let it cool completely.
