Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (room temperature )
- 50g Light brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 40g Oil (neutral-flavored oil)
- 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 80g flour
- 20g Almond flour
- 3g baking powder
- 50g frozen mixed berries
- 10g almond slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃.
- Combine egg and Sugar in a bowl.
- Add little by little the oil and mix well.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Sift flour, almond flour and baking powder over the mixture.
- Add frozen mixed berries and fold together until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into cases.
- sprinkle some almond slices
- Bake at 356 °F/180℃ for about 20minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
