Almond Blueberry Muffins

Almond Mixed-berries Muffins


Super moist muffins packed with healthy ingredients and perfect for a morning coffee or lunch box.


  • 3 Eggs (room temperature )
  • 50g Light brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • 40g Oil (neutral-flavored oil)
  • 100g unsweetened yogurt
  • 80g flour
  • 20g Almond flour
  • 3g baking powder
  • 50g frozen mixed berries
  • 10g almond slices


  1. Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃.
  2. Combine egg and Sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add little by little the oil and mix well.
  4. Add yogurt and mix well.
  5. Sift flour, almond flour and baking powder over the mixture.
  6. Add frozen mixed berries and fold together until combined.
  7. Spoon the mixture into cases.
  8. sprinkle some almond slices
  9. Bake at 356 °F/180℃ for about 20minutes.
  10. Cool on a wire rack.
