These yogurt minicakes are addictive, I assure you!They are sweets that can be prepared in 5 minutes of your time, without leavening , you just need to mix the ingredients with a fork and the batter is ready.
Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 150 g of sweet plain yogurt
- 90 g of granulated sugar
- 20 ml of orange juice, rum or liqueur of your choice)
- grated lemon peel
- 8 -10 g of baking powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the eggs, granulated sugar and grated lemon peel. Mix with a hand whisk.
- Add the plain yogurt and the liqueur, finally the 00 flour and the baking powder. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.The batter is ready.
- Heat the peanut oil in a small saucepan with high sides and a thick bottom.
- When it is hot, take the dough with two lightly oiled teaspoons and dip the minicakes in the yogurt.
- Always fry 4-5 yogurt minicakes at a time. When they are golden, pour onto absorbent paper.
- Dip each minicake in granulated sugar and serve piping hot.
