Lemon Bread


The aroma in the kitchen is so good! Save the recipe to make this fluffy and delicious lemon bread

For the butter

  • 3 eggs
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 125 g of white yogurt
  • 100 ml of seeds oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • 250 g of flour

For the syrup

  • 50 g of water
  • 30 g of sugar
  • Half a lemon juice and zest

For the icing

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of milk


  1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, then add juice and lemon zest.
  2. Now add oil and yogurt. Then stir in sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. Pour the batter in a buttered mold and floured.
  4. Bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
  5. Make the syrup by mixing water, sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Bring on the stove and stir until the sugar melts completely.
  7. Use the syrup to wet the cake.
  8. Mix lemon juice, milk and powdered sugar to make the icing.
  9. Use it to coat the cake, then decorate with some lemon slices.
