- 500g mascarpone
- 150g hazelnut cream
- 200g heavy cream
- 300g ladyfingers
- 350g espresso coffee
- 50g cold water
- Hazelnut cream
- Prepare the coffee and mix it with cold water.
- 2. Mix the mascarpone with the hazelnut cream and then the heavy cream.
