Air fryer brioche


Mix and match ingredients based on season and much cheaper than buying bread rolls from the bakery! They can be air-baked in the air fryer or in the oven. You will love them!


  • 1 whole egg
  • 40g (3 tbsp) sugar
  • 7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
  • 240ml fresh milk
  • 60ml cooking oil
  • 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 3g (1/2 tsp) salt


  1. In a deeper bowl, add egg and sugar, then yeast, milk, and oil, mix everything and add flour, add salt while mixing. Knead a fine dough. Cover the dough and let it rise, to double.
  2. Divide the dough into 9 parts, knead 90 g balls per ball and arrange in an oiled air fryer basket.
  3. Bake the bread in the air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes.
