- 2 Large Eggs
- About 4 Cups (480 grams/ 17Oz) All-Purpose Flour

- In the bowl of a standing mixer add proofed yeast, remaining sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and the cooled milk. Mix until combined.
- Once combined, add flour in ½ cup increments mixing as you go.
- Keep adding flour until it becomes a ball and is elastic and slightly tacky. Continue kneading for about 5-8 minutes or until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size. About 1 hour.
- Once doubled, punch the dough down to deflate it. Pinch off about 2 tablespoons of dough form into a ball and place each roll onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper making sure to not crowd them too close together.
- Cover prepared rolls and allow them to rise again for an additional hour.
- Place rolls into a preheated 375-degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush tops with melted butter when they come out of the oven and enjoy
