Ingredients

  • 1 Rectangular rolled out butter puff pastry approx. 320 g
  • 8 Wieners
  • 1 Egg for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat (fan oven 180°C). Lay the puff pastry out flat and cut lengthways into 8 strips.
  2. Carefully wrap each wiener and place it on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Whisk the egg with a fork.
  4. Spread the dough and bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
