Ingredients

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Coat the Wings: Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve: Arrange the wings on a serving platter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
