Ingredients

  • red currant puree 190g
  • any powdered sweetener 50g
  • powdered coconut milk 30g
  • cornstarch 1Tbs

Instructions

  1. Combine the berry mass with powdered sweetener and starch. you better pierce it with an immersion blender so that there are no lumps.
  2. Cook for a minute after boiling, stirring constantly.
  3. Add powdered milk to the cooled or warm (not hot) mass. Whip with a blender.
  4. Pour into molds. Freeze for several hours.
