These muffins are soft and moist, thanks also to the cream present in the dough. They prepare quickly and are also ideal for a dessert buffet or a picnic.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 160 g sugar semolina
  • 2 egg
  • 60 g cream fresh
  • 7 g yeast for
  • to taste aroma of vanilla
  • 100 g milk
  • 70 g blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix the flour with the sugar and the baking powder.
