Want a fresh coconut drink?This refreshing drink has stealthily crept up on the bubble tea trend over the years.
- 1 300ml cup frozen young coconut (partially defrosted)
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- Mint (optional, as garnish)
- Place young coconut, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a blender. Fill serving glass with ice and add to blender.
- Pulse a few times to break up ice, and then blend until ice is crushed.
- Pour into serving glass and top with mint.
