Creamy Peanut Butter Ice Cream


You don’t need an ice cream maker to make this Creamy Peanut Butter No-Churn Ice Cream!


  • 3/4 cup of your favorite creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • Peanut butter candies, chocolate bits, sprinkles (optional)


  1. Place peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45 seconds until melty.
  2. Remove from microwave, stir and allow to cool.
  3. For the ice cream, in a large mixing bowl, using a hand held mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Pour 1/3 of the ice cream mixture into a 9×5 loaf pan, then drizzle 1/3 of the melted peanut butter on top. Repeat two more times, then using a skewer, gently swirl the peanut butter.
  6. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Scoop and enjoy!
