The best soft chocolate biscuits in the world… and they can be prepared in 5 minutes!Here is the chocolate version of my yogurt biscuits that many of you have already tried successfully.
Ingredients
- 230 g of flour
- 25 g of bitter cocoa
- 120 g of granulated sugar (you can increase or decrease)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 medium egg
- 50 ml peanut or sunflower seed oil
- 100 g of classic Greek yogurt
- 8 g of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or grated orange peel
- 150 g of chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the egg, yogurt, flavourings, sugar, oil and mix with a spoon or fork.
- Add the flour, bitter cocoa and baking powder. Knead with your hands. If you have the Thermomix you can insert all the ingredients and operate it for a few seconds until the ingredients are all well mixed. The mixture should be soft and not sticky.If necessary, add just a little flour but without exaggerating.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips, a pinch of salt and mix.
- Oil your hands a little and form balls of about 25-30 g and place them all on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Cook at 180° for about 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them otherwise they will harden.
- Once the necessary time has passed, let them cool slightly and they are ready to eat.
- Store the biscuits in a closed bag or in a tin box and consume them within a maximum of 2-3 days.
