  • 50 ml peanut or sunflower seed oil
  • 100 g of classic Greek yogurt
  • 8 g of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or grated orange peel

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the egg, yogurt, flavourings, sugar, oil and mix with a spoon or fork.
  2. Add the flour, bitter cocoa and baking powder. Knead with your hands. If you have the Thermomix you can insert all the ingredients and operate it for a few seconds until the ingredients are all well mixed. The mixture should be soft and not sticky. If necessary, add just a little flour but without exaggerating.
  3. Finally, add the chocolate chips, a pinch of salt and mix.
  4. Oil your hands a little and form balls of about 25-30 g and place them all on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Cook at 180° for about 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them otherwise they will harden.
  6. Once the necessary time has passed, let them cool slightly and they are ready to eat.
  7. Store the biscuits in a closed bag or in a tin box and consume them within a maximum of 2-3 days.
