  4. Knead and deflate the fermented dough, divide it into 10 small pieces, roll each piece into a round ball and knead it as smooth as possible. Cover the dough with plastic wrap during the process, otherwise it will easily dry out.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil, flatten the dough and put it in. Grease the baking pan and the skin will be crispier and more fragrant right after it comes out of the pan, but you don’t have to grease it.
  6. Start secondary fermentation and ferment until the dough is obviously fluffy and 1.5 times its original size.
  7. Preheat the oven to 170°C, put it in the middle rack and bake for 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over, and continue to bake for 10 minutes. If you want the shape to look better, place another baking sheet on top of the dough. You can also use an electric baking pan or a pan to bake.
