Peanut Cookies


These Cookies can be made without piping are extremely delicious with peanuts!


  • butter 50g
  • Low flour 50g
  • egg white 1
  • White sugar 30g
  • Cooked peanut kernels 30g
  • milk 10 grams
  • Salt 1 g


  1. Soften butter at room temperature and mix well
  2. Add sugar and beat until pale
  3. Add milk and mix well
  4. Add egg white and mix well
  5. Sift in flour and salt
