Yummy Egg Muffins


The dough is very simple, you have to divide the liquid ingredients from the solid ones and then mix them together and not too much, bake them and enjoy them. Inside the basic dough I added a few pieces of chocolate , cocoa and melted chocolate and made two versions. Breakfast and snacks are guaranteed for a long time also because they last a long time in the pantry. Let’s see how to make them, you’ll see they’re delicious.


  • 3 eggs
  • 220 g flour
  • 100 ml milk ( at room temperature )
  • 150 g sugar
  • 20 g bitter cocoa powder
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 7 g baking powder


  1. Sift the flour and yeast and put everything in a bowl. Then add the sugar and cocoa if you want the cocoa version.
  2. In another bowl put the eggs, milk and oil and mix everything well.
  3. Combine the liquids with the solids, mixing everything with a whisk.
  4. Add the chocolate pieces and give it a final stir.
  5. Fill the muffin molds, buttered or covered with baking paper, halfway and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes. Once ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool, then serve them.
