Muffins with cheese and garlic


Snack muffins with cheese and garlic – quick fluffy buns without yeast, delicious, like garlic dumplings. A fun alternative to bread for breakfast or soup, try savory muffins!


  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 90 g milk;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 100 g flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 10 g sugar;
  • 1 large clove of garlic;
  • salt.


  1. Break the eggs, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs, pour milk.
  3. Melt the butter and add to the liquid ingredients.
  4. Mix flour with baking powder.
  5. Add finely grated cheese to the flour. Leave a little cheese for finishing.
  6. Mix dry and liquid products, add garlic passed through a press.
  7. Mix the dough.
  8. Place the dough into paper muffin capsules at the rate of 85-90 g of dough per serving. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Baking time is 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
