Ingredients:
– 24 Oreo cookies
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup buttermilk
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1 oz red food coloring
– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for filling)
– Whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor, pulse 24 Oreo cookies until they turn into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, buttermilk, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. Pour the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust in the pan.
5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
