  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • ½ cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ frozen banana (for creaminess, optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (if using fresh berries)

Instructions

Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
