Instructions
- Add eggs, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract to a double boiler and mix well.
- When it reaches about 40°C, take it out of the double boiler.
- Whip until white.
- Add cake flour, baking powder, and salt and mix.
- Take a small amount of dough and add it to the butter, oil, and milk mixture and mix well.
- Add the mixed dough into the main dough and mix well.
- Put about 80% of the batter into the muffin pan.
- Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes (temperature and time may vary depending on oven)
- Take it out of the oven and immediately transfer it to a cooling rack.
- While the muffins are still warm, spread the melted butter-honey mixture on the tops.
