Savory muffins with sausage and corn

Just mix 1 chopped zucchini with milk, flour, parmesan and baking powder! 😋 Ready in 20 minutes

Dough:

  • 500 gr of 00 flour
  • 1 egg
  • 200 + 50 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 50 ml of seed oil
  • 4 gr of dry brewer’s yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Stuffed:

  • 500 gr of broccoli
  • 200 gr of sausage
  • 150 gr of diced cheese
  • milk to brush
  • sesame seeds to taste

Instructions

  1. Dough: dissolve the yeast in the milk, then pour over the flour. Mix and add sugar, oil and egg. Knead and finally add the salt.
  2. Let the dough rise for two hours.
  3. In the meantime, fry the broccoli (or turnip greens) in garlic and oil, then add the sausages and cook.
  4. Roll out the dough, fill it and brush the milk. Add the sesame seeds and let rise for 1-2 hours. Then bake at 356°F (180°) until golden brown.
