Dreamy Peach Ice Cream

Creamy, fruity, and bursting with fresh peach flavor—no churn needed!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (300g) ripe peaches, peeled + diced (about 3 peaches)
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream, cold
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon or a splash of bourbon

Instructions

  1. Macerate Peaches: Toss diced peaches with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit 30 mins, then mash slightly (leave some chunks).
  2. Whip Cream: Beat cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold in condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and peach mixture.
  3. Freeze: Pour into a loaf pan. Swirl in extra peach chunks if desired. Freeze 6+ hours.

Serving

  • Scoop and garnish with fresh peaches, honey drizzle, or crumbled shortbread cookies.

✔ Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the best flavor.
✔ For a smoother texture, blend half the peaches before mixing.
