- 240g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ cup water
- powdered sugar
- Knead the yeast dough. Let rise.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out the cakes. Each cake is cut into 6 triangles. Let rise.
- Fry in a pan in a large amount of oil.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
