Peaches & Cream Pound Cake


Delicious peach pound cake studded with chunks of juicy, fresh peaches is an easy summer treat.


  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 c. diced fresh peaches


  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy, 4 to 5 minutes. Add Greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla, beating on low until combined. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Step 2Fold in diced peaches. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs, 68 to 70 minutes.
