The soft two-tone mini cakes are delicious sweets scented and soft, perfect to accompany breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g yogurt also with fruit
- 80 ml sunflower oil
- 1 lemon flavor vial
- 300 g flour
- 20 g cocoa
- 16 g baking powder
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a bowl and mix them with a fork.
- Add the sugar, seed oil and yogurt,continue to mix.

- Finally, add the baking powder.
- Transfer 3-4 tablespoons of dough to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa. This is how we mix our compound.
- Take a mini cakes mold and pour our dough with the help of two spoons.
- Add a spoonful of cocoa mixture to each mini cakes.
- Bake our mini cakes in a ventilated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes, or in a static oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
