Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into the mixing bucket . It will be much more convenient to mix with it.Turn on the dough kneading function of the machine and let it start working.
  2. After the machine has kneaded the dough and pulled it out into a rough film, you can put the butter you just prepared into the mixing barrel .
  3. Stir continuously to stir the dough into such a thin film and allow it to fully expand.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions , and then wait for a while to make delicious buns.
  5. Roll each piece of dough into a round shape and place it on a non-stick baking pan .
  6. First put the baking sheet into the oven to let the dough ferment again. Prepare a bowl of hot water and place it at the bottom of the oven. This can increase the temperature and humidity of the oven. The dough can rise to twice its size in this environment.
