No Kneading Super soft Milk Bread


How to make a super soft Milk Bread without kneading, just use spatula to mix. From now on, don’t buy bread anymore. Make your own homemade fresh bread and preservative free. If you don’t like kneading, this is the perfect recipe for you. Come and bake along with US darling bakers!


  • 1 cup warm milk (250ml)
  • 1/4 cup milk powder (33g)
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (45g)
  • 2 and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast (7g)
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (50-60ml)
  • 3 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour (400g)
  • or you can use bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt (4g)
  • Plus melted butter or oil for drizzling


  1. MIx all wet ingredients, add flour and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Drizzle with melted butter or oil then cover for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
  3. Drizzle with oil and mix again. Then cover for 30 minutes.
  4. Release the gas then divide the dough into 12 equal pieces or 60 grams each.
  5. Roll and smooth into a ball. Bench rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Roll out and flatten each ball. Roll into a log. PInch the edges to seal.
  7. Place in greased baking pan or dish, 12×8 unches.
  8. Cover for 25 minutes to proof.
  9. Brush with eggwash.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-22 minutes or until golden.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
