  • 650 g chicken fillet (breast without skin);
  • 2-3 sprigs of celery;
  • 2-3 sprigs of dill;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • black pepper;
  • ground turmeric;
  • dried garlic;
  • 10 g sea salt (additional salt for broth);
  • 7 g sugar;
  • water.

How to Cook the Perfect Boiled Chicken Breast

Step 1:

Preparation. Remove the skin from the breast and cut off two large fillets. Rinse the meat with cold water, place in a bowl or container, add sea salt and sugar, massage, rub in seasonings. Leave the fillet for 2 hours at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

Step 2:

Place dill, celery, garlic cloves, and a few black peppercorns in a saucepan. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of dried garlic. Pour a little salt (3/4 teaspoon per 1-1.5 liters of water is enough).

Step 3:

Pour in 1 liter of water and heat to a boil.

Step 4:

Place chicken fillet in boiling water.

Step 5:

Heat to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes after boiling. Turn off the heating. Cover the pan with a towel. Leave for 1 hour.

Step 6:

We take the breast out of the pan, leave it in the refrigerator for several hours, you can eat it right away – it’s very tasty. But if it sits in the refrigerator and cools well, it can be easily cut into thin slices. Bon appetit!
