  • 4 trout fillets
    <liSalt and pepper, to taste
    <li4 tbsp butter
    <li1 tbsp flour
    <li1/2 cup chicken broth
    <li1/2 cup cream
    <li1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    <li3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


  1. Season trout fillets with salt and pepper, pan-fry in butter until golden.

    <liIn the same pan, reduce heat, melt additional butter, and stir in flour. Gradually whisk in broth and cream, then add mustard and chopped dill. Simmer until thickened.
