Blondies are perfect for a tasty snack or as an after-dinner dessert. You can serve them at room temperature or slightly warm, accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee.

The combination of white chocolate and fresh raspberries creates a unique and surprising flavour, perfect for those who love fruity and delicate desserts. Try this simple and tasty recipe to win over your guests with an original and delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 130 g white chocolate chips (or chopped egg chocolate)
  • 160 g raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place the butter and chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt everything in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs together with the sugar for at least 5 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy and soft.
  3. Add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the eggs and continue whisking.
  4. Pour in the sifted flour and mix with a spatula.
  5. Finally, add raspberries and white chocolate chips (keeping some aside for decoration) and continue mixing.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 20cm square baking pan lined with baking paper, level the mixture well and decorate with leftover raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Remember to do the toothpick test to see if the cake is cooked inside.
