This recipe is really easy to make, if I can make them you can make them. Let’s get baking!
Ingredients
- 120 g of flour
- 30 g of bitter cocoa
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 150 g of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 20 g of seed oil
For the icing
- 150g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of fresh cream
- sprinkles to decorate
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sifted cocoa and yeast plus sugar) in one bowl and the liquid ones (yogurt, egg, vanilla and oil) in another.
- Combine the two compounds and mix well.
- Distribute the mixture into the molds and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes at 180°C in a preheated static oven, then remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare the ganache: coarsely chop the chocolate, then add the hot cream and mix until the chocolate melts completely.
- Leave to cool, then decorate the donuts (using a teaspoon, a spatula or a piping bag) and complete with the sprinkles.
- The chocolate donuts are ready, all you have to do is enjoy them.
