It’s best to grab another slice of this healthy chocolate banana bread, because it only contains natural sugars. Also nice: ready quickly.
Ingredients
- 20 g cocoa
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 180 g flour
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.
- Place 3 bananas in a food processor and add the eggs and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and honey and mix together again.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper or a silicone one.
- Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and place on top of the batter.
- Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 45 minutes until done.
