For the butter
- 3 eggs
- 130 g of sugar
- 125 g of white yogurt
- 100 ml of seeds oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Lemon juice and zest
- 250 g of flour
For the syrup
- 50 g of water
- 30 g of sugar
- Half a lemon juice and zest
For the icing
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of milk
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with sugar, then add juice and lemon zest.
- Now add oil and yogurt. Then stir in sifted flour and baking powder.
- Pour the batter in a buttered mold and floured.
- Bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
- Make the syrup by mixing water, sugar and lemon juice.
- Bring on the stove and stir until the sugar melts completely.
- Use the syrup to wet the cake.
- Mix lemon juice, milk and powdered sugar to make the icing.
- Use it to coat the cake, then decorate with some lemon slices.
