Nutella ROLLS Very easy and delicious crunchy crepes, ideal for a last minute snack. If sometimes you just can’t resist the craving for dessert and want to make it yourself at home then I recommend these very easy sweet rolls .
Ingredients
- 2 eggs ( plus two more for breading )
- 300 ml milk
- 160 g flour
- 20 g butter ( plus another 20 g to grease the pan )
- to taste Nutella ( for filling )
- 100 g biscuits
- to taste oil for frying
Instructions
- Let’s prepare the crepes first by putting the milk in the blender, then the eggs, the melted butter and the flour. Blend everything very well until you obtain a liquid mixture.
- Heat a 24 cm pan, first greasing it with butter. It must be very hot and pour 100 ml of crepe mixture inside. Rotate it to fill the entire pan and as soon as bubbles form on the surface, turn it and cook it on the other side too.
- When you have finished all the crepes, let them cool. Fill with Nutella, placing it on the end, fold the edges and roll them up. Bread the rolls first by dipping them in the beaten eggs and then in the crushed biscuits. Fry over medium heat until all parts of the roll brown. Serve and enjoy.
