A zingy, citrussy twist on a classic Moscow mule, this delicious marmalade-sweetened tipple is sure to be a big hit at your Christmas party.
- ½ tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 25ml vodka
- 100ml orange juice
- thick slice of blood orange, to serve
- In a tumbler, muddle together the marmalade, honey and vodka using a muddler or a long spoon.
- Top up with the orange juice.
- Serve immediately, with the blood orange slice in the liquid as a garnish.
