This persimmon smoothie is a spiced and irresistibly sweet fall smoothie that’s packed with fall spices and bananas.
Ingredients
- 2 fuyu persimmons, ripe
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk, or cashew milk, or other nut milk
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch ground cloves
Instructions
- Wash the persimmons and slice off the stem. Add them along with all the other ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Optionally, garnish the inside of a glass with a thin persimmon slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
