Pineapple Sherbet

This sweet,juicy and refreshing pineapple sherbet recipe is like pure sunshine in a scoop. 


  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Put the frozen pineapple, sugar and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the cream and lemon juice. Pulse to blend.
  3. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
  4. Pour the processed sherbet into a container and freeze about 2 hours.
