Magnum Coffee and Chocolate are quick and easy ice creams to make at home without an ice cream maker . Only four ingredients for a truly super greedy and enveloping result . The crunchy coating in contrast with the creaminess will win you over at the first bite.
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 150 g Condensed milk
- 1 cup of coffee
- 3 teaspoons of instant coffee
- Dark chocolate to taste
- Start whipping the cream with the electric whisk. Then add the espresso and instant coffee and continue whipping.
- Add the condensed milk and whisk again.
- Pour the mixture into the special molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Dip the ice creams in the dark chocolate let it solidify and serve!
