These Homemade Butterring Cookies are light,soft and delicious!
Ingredients
- unsalted butter 100g
- Sugar powder 55g
- egg 22g
- Vanilla Extract 2g
- Salt 1/8tsp
- Soft flour 140g
- Milk 1-2tsp
Instructions
- Beat in the butter gently
- Add sugar powder and mix
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and salt and mix
- Sift the flour and mix it as if you’re splitting it
- Add milk little by little and make the dough suitable for squeezing
- Place the dough in a piping bag with star-shaped pods
- Squeeze dough into a circle in a Teflon-sheet pan
- Bake at 170C for 15 minutes (may vary depending on the oven)
- Transfer to cooling net and let cool completely.Enjoy your meal!
