Very soft and light buttering cookies


These Homemade Butterring Cookies are light,soft and delicious!


  • unsalted butter 100g
  • Sugar powder 55g
  • egg 22g
  • Vanilla Extract 2g
  • Salt 1/8tsp
  • Soft flour 140g
  • Milk 1-2tsp


  1. Beat in the butter gently
  2. Add sugar powder and mix
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract and salt and mix
  4. Sift the flour and mix it as if you’re splitting it
  5. Add milk little by little and make the dough suitable for squeezing
  6. Place the dough in a piping bag with star-shaped pods
  7. Squeeze dough into a circle in a Teflon-sheet pan
  8. Bake at 170C for 15 minutes (may vary depending on the oven)
  9. Transfer to cooling net and let cool completely.Enjoy your meal!
