It’s like these flavours were created for a muffin! This is a recipe that I keep going back to again and again, I’m really chuffed that I’ve finally got around to sharing it.
Ingredients
- unsalted butter 100g
- sugar 90g
- salt 1 pinch
- egg 2
- vanilla extract 1ts
- Peanut Butter 50g
- Caramel Sauce 80g
- Low gluten flour 140g
- Almond powder 20g
- baking powder 4g
- milk 60g
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add sugar to soft butter and mix thoroughly.
- Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Then add salt and vanilla extract and mix.
- Add caramel sauce,peanut Butter and mix well.
- Sift the flour, almond powder, and baking powder into the mixture and add the milk. And mix well until no powder is visible.
- Place the completed dough into each piping bag.Squeeze in the muffin cups 80% full.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips liberally.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 25 to 30 minutes.
