Caramel peanut butter muffins


It’s like these flavours were created for a muffin! This is a recipe that I keep going back to again and again, I’m really chuffed that I’ve finally got around to sharing it.


  • unsalted butter 100g
  • sugar 90g
  • salt 1 pinch
  • egg 2
  • vanilla extract 1ts
  • Peanut Butter 50g
  • Caramel Sauce 80g
  • Low gluten flour 140g
  • Almond powder 20g
  • baking powder 4g
  • milk 60g
  • chocolate chips


  1. Add sugar to soft butter and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Then add salt and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Add caramel sauce,peanut Butter and mix well.
  4. Sift the flour, almond powder, and baking powder into the mixture and add the milk. And mix well until no powder is visible.
  5. Place the completed dough into each piping bag.Squeeze in the muffin cups 80% full.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips liberally.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 25 to 30 minutes.
